The enrollment fee is a one-time, up-front fee that is not included in tuition. This fee is non-refundable.
$500 per student
School Safety Fee
$280 per student. This is a one-time fee for the entire school year and can be paid in monthly installments of $28 through your FACTS Financial account. All funds from this fee will be used to hire a trained professional to serve as our SRO.
Pre K - 4th Grades
Total Tuition : $4,000
* $250 multi-child discount per additional student. Discounts are limited & offered on a first come, first serve, basis.
5th - 8th Grades
Total Tuition : $4,500
*$250 multi-child discount per additional student. Discounts are limited & offered on a first come, first serve, basis.
9th-12th Grades
Total Tuition : $5,000
*$250 multi-child discount per additional student. Discounts are limited & offered on a first come, first serve, basis.
Payment Information
Payment dates: You may choose either the 1st or 15th of each month as your payment date. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards.
Payment plan options: Once you create your FACTS Family Portal account, you will set up a FACTS payment plan (you will have the options of paying monthly, semi-annual, or in full).
Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.
White Stone Academy must make financial commitments on an annual basis to provide adequate faculty, staff, and other resources to educate its students. Because of those commitments, parents are obligated under the enrollment contract to pay tuition for the entire academic year once Registration is complete. In the instance of early withdrawal or dismissal, White Stone Academy is not obligated to refund any fees or tuition payments that have already been made prior to the student’s withdrawal or dismissal.

Non-refundable fee: $575 flat fee for the year. This can be utilized as much or as little as needed.
